Data Deletion

You can delete the data Chatvane holds about you in either of these ways:

1. Remove the app from Facebook

• Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
• Find Chatvane, click Remove, and tick the option to delete activity.
• Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete your connection, Page tokens and related data. You get a confirmation code you can check on this page.

2. Email us

Email privacy@unitysake.com from the address on your Facebook account, or include your Page name. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your Facebook connection and access tokens, connected Pages, and stored conversations, contacts, comments, leads and opt-ins.
